DR. The Honorable Timothy Harris Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis starts his investor invitation letter saying:
Christopher Columbus first spotted St. Kitts in 1493 In 1623 it became a British Colony. Its valuable sugar trade led to an advanced and luxurious development that was among the best in the Colonial Caribbean, thanks to its strategic location.
In modern times, it’s a destination for American, Canadian, British and EU citizens looking to relax on white sandy beaches in one of the most seductive spots in the Caribbean. It became popular around the world since 1984 (but even more after 2011) because of the opportunity given by the government to become a citizen by investment. With the easy and international language saying
NOW, a Family of 4 members can donate $195,000 to a Fund called “Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF)”, adding $10,000 per each extra dependent.
(We were processing St. Kitts & Nevis applications when a single applicant would have paid $ 250,000!)
By the way: Family packages are always more convenient!
Are you a Real Estate investor?
Do you fancy investing in hotel shares, villas or condominium units starting from $200,000?
Either way, the Due Diligence process is made on all the applicants above 16 years old who pay $4,000, whereas only the Main Applicant pays $7,500.
Once the due diligence process is completed, you’ll receive the “Approval in principle” which entitles all Real estate buyers to process the Government fees, the real estate investment, compulsory insurance fund contributions and conveyance fees. Government fees are $10,000 for each dependent of the main applicant except the spouse who pays $20,000 and the main applicant who pays $35,000.
To what we said so far, there is one or two exceptions:
No interview, no language test, no residency requirements…in case you really really want to prove who you are, you’ll have your own spotlight on another occasion which is……
if you are caught lying (fraud)…
You’ll lose all your money, be destroyed by the media and stripped of your citizenship. The same will happen if you improperly use your newly acquired passport in a way that goes against the international justice system (including frauds…) that will lead you to jail.
But this won’t happen because we will twist and re-twist your socks to see if there is any dirt in or out. No Dry-Cleaning. No Laundry services!
What’s the letter “C” as in Citizenship or Caribbean?
The forms are with us and are available for ransom. They are called C1-C2-C3-C4. Is that it? Hell noooo!
Birth Certificate, National IDs and Passports, Medical Tests, Police Certificates, Purchase and Sales Agreement (for real estate investors), professional references and employment letter, bank statements, military records, proof of address, marriage certificate, business license, evidence of source of funds, affidavit for financial support for dependents, university degree copy and more.
These are in your possession…they must be certified.
Who does that? Let’s talk about it.
Everyone celebrates the St. Kitts and Nevis success story but if you really want to be the protagonist of your story. . .Get in touch
P.s. Do you normally Accelerate?
The Accelerated Application Process is a preferred treatment that guarantees citizenship in 45 or 60 days otherwise, it may take 90 days or more.
P.p.s. In the end, how much did you really lose over a 5-7 year period in this transaction? What was your business and family financial growth by using your St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship?
Exit from the same door you entered (not in the back of the building)! Real estate can be re-sold after 5 or 7 years, depending on your initial investment threshold.
